At TMDI, we have many years of experience in manufacturing high-quality, customised machines, tools and fixtures for a range of industries. Our production is divided across several areas in which we hold specialist expertise within machining, hardening, welding, assembly, surface treatment and final assembly.

- Milling: Our facilities are equipped with CNC-controlled milling machines, enabling precision machining of complex parts.
- Turning: Using advanced lathes, we can produce parts with very high precision.
- Welding: We offer MIG, MAG and TIG welding to join materials with optimal strength and finish.
- Surface treatment: To improve a product’s aesthetics and durability, we use a variety of surface treatment methods.
- Hardening: When hardening is required, we handle most of it in-house, and for large parts we have external partners.
- Polishing, surface grinding, cutting and laser cutting: These processes give our products their final shape and quality.
By combining these manufacturing processes, we can create machines, tools and fixtures that are not only functional but also durable and reliable.
Machinery
To achieve our high standard, we use a range of different machines in our production. These include, but are not limited to, CNC machines (5-axis CNC, 3-axis CNC) for both milling and turning, welding machines for various welding methods, as well as equipment for polishing, surface treatment, hardening and laser cutting. Our focus is on continuously updating and maintaining our machinery to ensure the highest efficiency and quality in our products.
