At TM Design & Installation AB, we have developed and manufactured an advanced fully electric welding fixture that takes both ergonomics and performance to the next level. The fixture is equipped with 18 individual electric axes, all driven by compact and energy-efficient 48 V DC servo motors.

All control is handled via ProfiNet, ensuring fast and reliable communication between the fixture and the rest of the control system. This solution provides high flexibility, precise positioning, and significantly reduces the need for pneumatics and hydraulics – simplifying maintenance and contributing to a cleaner production environment.

Each motion is freely programmable, giving the customer full control over motion sequences and parameters, perfectly tailored to each specific welding operation. The internal control cabinet is optimized for fast troubleshooting and easy access.

The electrical system is temperature-monitored and equipped with cooling fans that activate when needed, ensuring stable operation even in demanding environments.
