We conduct feasibility studies, develop machines and fixtures, program, commission, and install—handling either entire processes or specific parts of them.

Design
Mechanic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic desig.
We design machines, tools, fixtures and whole production lines. We also do simulations if needed.
Project management
Project management during the whole project.
Each project have a dedicated project leader that have full control from first quote to delivery. We want to have frequent contact with our customers during the project to ensure that nothing is missed.
Welding
We can simulate Robot and welding gun acsess in the fixture. We also build complete welding cells.
Pre-studies
Together whith you as a customer we develop a way to manufacture or handle your products.
It can be about how to automate the production of your product or/ and adapt your product for atomated and effective production.
Manufacturing
Regarding the tools and machines you want, we handle the purchase of materials, processing, welding, surface treatment, polishing and assembly.
Assembly
All things we design and manufacture is assembled by our own staff in the house.
The design office is located next to the shop floor. This is perceived as very smooth by our customers.
Programming
We perform PLC programming, HMI and Robot programming.
Commissioning
When the solution is assembled and the PLC software is downloaded, we adjust, tune and optimize. You as customer test and approve everything before delivery (FAT).
Installation
Machines we deliver to you is installed by our staff if needed. The machine is tested after installation. After approvev SAT the machine is ready to run.
Measuring
We have our own measurement room with two cordinate measure machines.
We measure fixtures and tools after assembling.
We also measure the product that the machine, tool or fixture have manufactured.
